Guess What!

I am going to make up a new nickname for my self. It is going to be crazy girl. You know why? I bet ya you don't. I will tell you. Yesterday at the place I go after school I was acting all crazy and like I was acting like my friend was one of those people in white coats and she was trying to capture me and take me to the crazy institution. Well I didn't let her. She couldn't get me. I was too quick on my toes. ============== That was me skidding around. I was going really fast. Just kidding. So now I am going to get my friends to call me crazy girl because I am sorta crazy but misunderstood. I am good girl all I need is sugar to make that happen. I got sugar from a sugar bag. It was good. I am listening to Do you hear what I hear. A song A song, high above the tree with a voice as big as the sea. that is a part I just listened to and I wrote it while it was playing. That is how much I know this song. See I told you I was a misunderstand girl. I know a lot about songs. In fact yesterday at my concert my mom really liked my singing, but she already knew about how good I was. I like singing. Sometimes I will sing randomly just because I am a misunderstood as a crazy girl. Sometimes I will also dance while I sing. It creeps out my friends, but is fun.

What's the scoop in E111

Yo people of earth and farther out in space.

This morning we had to practice our music concert for two hours because we didn't sing loud enough the first time. Also the first time we had to preform in front of the forth graders. A guy named Wyatt in our class is Santa for the song "The Big Guy in Red". Me and Genna have a solo in that song. She is first and I am right after her. Instead of a spring concert we are having a Christmas concert because last year we did one in the spring. Our music teacher said that there is going to be over 600 people in the auditorium. So everyone is going to be watched by at least one person. I was so tired when I got up this morning that I wasn't really singing that loud the first time. Then the sencond time I tried to sing really loud so we wouldn't have to do it again. When we came back into the classroom our teacher said that we are going to be in the lab working on our podcasting (to be) and our new project. I am doing one with laney on multiplication and division.

Here today in E111 our teacher wanted to tell you all who read this to talk about what we are going to do for Thanksgiving. Well I am going to go to my grandma's house, like we do every other year. I love going up to my grandma's house for Thanksgiving. When we cook the food I feel like a real chief because I am doing multiply things at a time. My brother is out running around outside with my cousins. I am always on the move at Thanksgiving. Setting up tables, cleaning, cooking (of course), watching my cousins, and a lot more. When I am done I sit down and watch t.v. with my cousins while my brother is riding dirt bike around or playing video games. My grandma is down in the barn taking care of all the chores while we do this all. I am with an adult so ya, I am safe while I cook. When everyone gets there they talk for a long time and then when the food is all set up we go and get plates and eat. When we are all done we sit around and talk while the littler kids and I will go play some Turkey games. One of us is the hunter, and the rest are turkeys. The hunter has a ball so that they can hit the turkey to fake kill it. It is really fun.

We have been working on our podcasting lately.
When were done we are going to post them on itunes.
Podcasting is so much fun, and I am almost done!!!!
We also had the food drive, and our classroom raised 21 pieces of food!!!
The food drive is so much fun, if there is a prize.
Our teacher said that if we raise 100 pieces of food we would get orange juice and doughnuts.
So much for that prize. :(
In music we are working on our Christmas play.
My favorite song is Slegh Bells.
It is so fun to sing!!!!

Ok u have noticed that the name has changed because it is a new year of shool!!!!! i just wish my old friend Ja'Mia was here. She moved back to Georgia. :( Ok well our teacher said that we had to write something about this school week. so the next post will be about that. srry i havn't been posting, been busy. or just being lazy. oh well

Summer Events

Alright to start us off this last weekend was my friend's B-day. Its rocked! We had pizza, cake and ice cream. The frosting was really thick and my friend scraped it all off because she didn't like frosting. The ice cream was ether chocolate or vanilla. I had chocolate, it is my favorite besides cookie dough. MM MM. She also had a pinata that was a star. :O When it broke open people got the points on it. We called them party hats. They had streamers on the tip so it looked like we were princess. Awesome! For her present I gave her a hand made box made from me! She got SO many things and like two people didn't show up for some reason. She also got a Samoyed webkinz and it is now retired. The Samoyed's name is winter. It is SO cute when it is visualised. Good thing she is on my friends list. ☺☻ Her brother was playing in the pool most of the time so that was really good. My friend that was having the party got hit somewhere in the face by her brother with a base ball bat. He got in some hot water and she got to go first and he got to go last. ☺☻ When my dad gets up I am going to ask him if I can go over to My friends house and hang out.

It was a long weekend for me.!☺☻ TTFN

Summer Events

Today in summer i have a softball game. My mom is my coach! I have two of my friends on my team. Their names are Madelyn and Grace. Grace has been my friend since kindergarten, and Madelyn was my friend since kindergarten too. A bunch of my friends got placed on a different team like Kylee, Kayla, and Shannon. I wish they were on my team, but you don't always get what you want. At least I got Grace, Madelyn, and my mom!

Today in math, wait we didn't have math. Today while we were supposed to be having math, we were getting "The Talk". It was wierd. The girls went in to one room and the boys went into abother away from the girls. Then after "The Talk" we went outside for recces. After recces we had switching. In wirting we worked on our poems more. In science we worked on the history of Wisconsin. Then for specils we did rollar skating in the gym and had music.

Welcome Afternoon Monday Lovers.

Hope all the mothers had wonderful mother's day! Today in math we did fractions. We did mixed fractions and improper fractions. We graded the 5 problems of fractions that were due today. A lot of people didn't come with it done so they sat on chill chair. Since a lot of people didn't come prepared, our teacher let us chang them if we got them wrong. Only 8 people got it done. For writing we worked more on poems. This time we have the whole poem due by tomorrow, but it is not that long. In science we preformed our presentations. 2 groups did not get to preform because we ran out of time. So those groups will preform tomorrow. For specils we had PE. In PE we did the games, Yolf, bean bag throw, and horse shoe. Then after PE we went to the computer lab to blog for 20 min. After computer lab it was study hall in the classroom.

Mothers, Please read!

Happy Mothers Day!

Today I am going to tell you what I did for mothers day. Well to start last night I made her a box that contained my clay pocket in it, a bunch of hearts, and other stuff. I hide the box and told her that she had to go find it, well I hid it under the computer desk! She found it with all the giggling I was doing. We watched TV, went to Wal-Mart for stuff for our little fiesta, Had pizza for dinner, root beer floats as drinks, and for desert smore's! For the movie we watched Ratatouille. After smore's we surprised my mom with a game of scene it Jr. It got late so we had to shorten up the game, but in the end my brother is still the champ. :(

Hello Tuesday explorers.

Today is a day for fun. Today in math we only did daily math. We also had the health fair today. We had do find things and answer questions about them on a sheet on paper. My group only had 6 left and we would have been done. There was a bunch of things that were very cool. In writing we did more on poems and have to do an acrostic poem by Thursday. In science we worked more on our presentations. We will be preforming them on Friday. For specials we had LMC and PE. After PE our guy teacher took us outside for the fun run. It is when we run or walk around the Meadowveiw property. Then after the fun run, the last minutes of the day were study hall. Don't forget about the Mystery stories. You can take them home to work on them.

Today is the begining of a new week!

Let's make it a good one. Today in math we did a homework and remembering page. We also did MDF. Wicth is Most Difficult First. 8 people in our class got MDF. Congrats for those people. For writing we did more on poems and got a new packet. We have to memorize 2-6 poems by May 23. In three weeks. That will be a chalenge for some of us. In science we worked more on our presentation. We can do a story, play, rap, or song about electricity. My group is doing a play\rap. We have four people in our group. Then we did tree planting in the afternoon. For specils we had music and pe.

Today we did a page of classroom activity. We had to make a bar graph like the one on the class activity. In writing we worked on poems more and got a new packet. At the end of the periode we got a DOL that we need to correct and rewrite in cursive. So that is going to due Monday. In science we corrected and if you didn't know the continent song we learned it. Then it was recess and lunch. At the end of the day we had art then there was some time for study hall.

Welcome to E 111. We are going to tour this classroom.

For starters I have asked a couple of the students what they did in this classroom. They said, "Well we started off with guidance . We did this thing where everyone had a sheet of paper and we had to write a comment on each one as we passed them around. We only got 2 minutes to write the comment down. We are going to do the rest tomorrow." Then I asked two other students, what they had for math and that stuff. They said, "For math we did some more techniques for solving a two digit by one digit. Then for homework in math we got Homework/Remembering. Also we did MDF today. Only 4 people got in. Three more then last time. Well then now I am going to talk about writing. In writing we finished the book on poetry. We also worked on DOL. We have week 3,4, and 5 due Friday. Then in science we did more things in the Dairy booklet. Yeah we did this contest to see who got the most words on a word search. If they got 10 or more they got a mint. Only 2 people got mints. The highest score was 11. " that was the end of their questioning. Now I am going to talk to these two girls up here. I asked them if they remember what they did at the end of the day. They said, "After lunch
we had MAPS testing. Then after MAPS testing we went to PE. In PE we did testing. That was pretty much it for April 28." Then after that they started to walk away. So I guess that is it for my tour.

Today in math we watched three Math Mansion videos. They were funny. Then we watched another video but I don't know what it was called. In writing we corrected our homework from last night and are now learning about poetry. Once we learn it we will be able to make our own poem. So that will be fun. In science today we corrected weekly geography and read out of a booklet on Wisconsin's farmland in the past and present. We didn't get done with it because it is really long. There is like 40 pages, but it also has games and things to do in it. When we are done with the books we get to take them home.So that is it for those things. Now they are out of the way to talk about. For specials we had music and PE. Last music time we watched our concert video. Then at the end of the day we had study hall for the last 15 minutes. Yesterday we got these slips that have a fun activity and we would choose two. There was swimming, bike trail, kickball, and tree more. We would do them all morning on the last day of school. So that will be fun, I hope. I bet most people will choose swimming, but it is a guess.

Thursday News! Extra! Extra!

Today in math our teacher was trying to show us a movie on math, but the sound wouldn't come on. So he got the library teacher and she fixed the sound. Unfortunately it was time for snack by the time that she got it working. We also had a quiz. We had to do 5 three by two x problems on a sheet of paper. No home work for math. In writing we did more things on adjectives. We had three pages in our packet for homework. We had like 10 minutes to do it then the rest that we didn't get done was homework. In science we did experimenting. We had to make the figure that was on the page. That was lesson #11. We have no homework except for weekly geography. In art today we had an accident. Kylee's pottery pocket fell on the floor and the corners broke. Then we had study hall in the classroom.

So that is another school day in the passed. TTFN

Thursday! Yippy!

Hello, today is Thursday as you already know, and tomorrow will be Friday! So let's get started. Today in math we did a class activity page. We had one problem, #6, for homework if we didn't get it done. In language today, we watched a video on caves. Then we looked and talked about caves from a book. Our teacher used ELMO to help with it. Then in science today we learned a code that workers use and we were using that today. We also worked on weekly geography. That is due tomorrow. Also tomorrow were doing more complex on the codes. On art we were making more things out of clay. They were like pockets. After art it was study hall in the classroom.

That was our day. It was normal, but tomorrow won't be. TTFN

It's the weekend!

Wow it is already the weekend. The days now and then go by so quickly. Don't worry, when the weekend is over our teacher will be back from Arizona. So then I can see him again. I am watching tv as usual. Sorry this one is sooo short.

Today in math we worked more on x by two numbers. We got a sheet with 30 problems of x two numbers. We should get it done by the end of the day. In writing we had a sub. She is very nice. We worked more on our Western Uplands paragraph. It is now due this Thursday. For science we had a sub also. We did an experiment with one battery holder, three wires, one battery, one light bulb, and a light bulb holder with F clips on it. So that is it for science. We went to the computer lab and worked on more things like math, reading, and alot of other things. We got alot of homework tonight. We had music twice today. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
The two musics were for our concert.

Welcome Back!



I am pretty sure most of us do not want to be back in school, but some of us are. The only reason I am glad that I am in school again is that I can see my teacher again. Yippee!

OK, down to business. Today in math we learned to x two numbers. He is going to make us a sheet with these problems. In writing we have to finish up our 3rd, 4th, and 5th paragraphs for the Western Uplands. We didn't get time to do that because we went to guidance. We got back about 5 min. left of class. So we packed up and lined up to go to science. Today in science we did an experiment. We had many tools and had to get the light bulb light up. The tools had to be in the right way other wise it would not work. My partner and I got it to light and it was the correct way. I almost forget! Today in guidance we played a game called Bully Poll. We had to answer questions about bullying. The teams were, The Dogs. Jr. Badgers, Potatoes, and Ellette 7. The four teams all got a tie so we all won. We did not get a prize. Wait we did! The prize was, knowing that you did well!. Most people were moaning. I was in the Jr. Badgers team. We also had P.E. and L.M.C. Our teacher finished up the rest of the genre study. So that is another thing done for him.

Today is Friday! Hooray!

Today we didn't have any math again. I bet most people were happy about that, but I wasn't. If we don't have math then how will we go to college and get a good job. =C Oh well, maybe Monday. Ok let's get back on track. For writing we had to write our introduction and 1st paragraph. If we did not get it done, then well as usual, it would be home work. For science today we had to finally finish up The Shocking Truth. It got pretty good at the end. then we corrected our weekly geography. So that is it for that. For specials we had gym. Also in computer lab today our teacher, went through our genre study.

Happy Day Today

Today we did not have math because we went to the computer lab and did a couple of this that had to do with the mystery box. We did that with Mrs. M's class in the morning. Today in writing we had to finish up our four square for Western Uplands. If we didn't get that done it would be homework. In science we finished up the book The Shocking Truth. That was pretty much it for science. For specials we had art and only art. We also went to the computer lab and worked on a bunch of this like homework, emails, and a lot of other things.

I should be back on track now. Soo, today in math we corrected our unit 2 tests. there was two problems that our teacher is going to correct. Only 1 person in our class has gotten an A+ on it right now. In writing we started a new region in Wisconsin. It is called the Western Uplands. We have to do the Questions, Predictions, and Inferences tonight for homework. In science we have Weekly Geography. Also we started to read a magazine called, The Shocking Truth.

It talks about electricity. Today for specials we had Music and P.E. Don't forget that our reading Genera is due THIS FRIDAY.

Happy first day of Spring!

Sorry I didn't post one yesterday. I will write it right now so you know what it was. For math we had to get our daily math signed, we had a test tomorrow, and some people had to get their Math Rules turned in by tomorrow. We had no assignment in writing. Instead of writing we had guidance. She was telling us about bullying. In science we looked over our Yesterday and Today sheets with the class. For homework we had to do Generating Electricity. We had P.E. and L.M.C. For homework in P.E. we had to fill out our P.E.P Grant sheets by tomorrow.

That is all for that day, on to the next.

Today in math we took a daily math quiz, and took a big unit test. Because of the test, we had no writing or science. We watched a movie called The Game Plan. When we were watching it we had a drink and snack from home. Also no school until March 26 2008.

Today I would have to say was a normal day in E 111. We had to finish page171 and had Homework and remembering. Wait it wasn't a normal day! We had MDF on homework and remembering. MDF is a thing were if you get a certain number of problems correct you get off if you get 9/10 or 10/10. So that was fun. In writing we are supposed to finish up our Eastern Ridges and Lowlands paragraph. If we didn't get it done then it would be homework. In science today we have a sheet called Yesterday and Today. That is also homework if we didn't get it done. To end the day we have P.E. That is our day today.

Family Time!

This week was the best! My friend came and spent the night over at my house. Saturday my mom cooked sloppy Joe's. They were good. Also with it we had tater tots and baked beans. Sunday we had a mix of things together. There was chicken, beef, peppers,cashews,broccoli,and peas. That was also very good. When it was 12 me and my friend went over to school to play. We brought two bags full of this we were going to play with. Then we started to ride bike over to the school. It was like an hour before we came home. When she left we just sat down and watched t.v.

Hello from E111

Today in math class we did half of a worksheet. The page number was 171. Also we got a new machine in class called ELMO. It is like a overhead but much smaller a cooler. No homework in math today. Don't forget about the big math test on the 19 of March. In writing, we worked on our paragraphs again. Tonight for homework in writing we have to do the third and fourth paragraph. In science, we did another experiment using a light bulb, wire, and batteries. We had to light a big bulb. It didn't light because something was wrong with what we were doing. Our teacher said it was supposed to light with 15 to 20 batteries. For homework in science we have to do page 45 in our packets.

Weekly Info In E 111

Today in writing we are starting to write our Eastern Ridges and Lowlands paragraph. We only have to do the first two paraghraphs. That is due tomorrow. In science class we did an experiment with light bulbs. We would try to light them using a light bulb, a piece of wire, and a big battery. There was more then four ways to light it. In math class we had a snow ball fight using paper. We had fifteen seconds to throw paper balls at another person. When time was up you had to grab one and solve the problem that the person wrote. That is what we did in school today.



P.S. We also had music and P.E. TTFN (TTFN stands for Ta Ta for now)

My Teacher

He is super nice. He will let you sit on an exercise balls in class if you don't bounce on it. He is so nice he lets us have classroom blogs and emails! You can't find a nicer teacher then him. He is the best! ☺
